Log In Instructions for Parents/Students

Here are the steps that I have gone thru to get this working for our family. Mrs. Ligon asked that I post this as a "how-to" for everyone. The site is a little misleading, but it is pretty simple to do. From the blog click "Create Blog" in the upper right hand corner. This will open a page to create a google account. Fill out the information on this page and hit continue.The next step asks you to name your blog, but since you don't want to create a blog you can stop here.Now go back to the blog and you should be logged in. Click sign-in if you're not automatically logged in. Once you are connected I recommend visiting the Dashboard (upper right corner) and editing the profile. Personally, I like to insure there is no personal information and I like to change the display name for my child. Dashboard link - http://www.blogger.com/homeWhen I set this up for other users I had to go to their email and click a link from google to activate the account.
